Manufacturers are often able to source their raw materials in both Gaylords and Bulk Bags. Having the flexibility to receive materials from both of these storage vessels with the same equipment can place them in a more diversified, and therefore more profitable situation. This is especially important when floor space is at a premium or in situations where there is only room for a single pick-up point for material conveying lines.
In this application spotlight video, Ensign had the opportunity to facilitate a solution integrating a Gaylord Dumper and Bulk Bag Unloading Station for a single receiving and discharge point.
Dumper / Bulk Bag Unloader Systems
By integrating a dumper fill chute with a receiving hopper located below the bulk bag unloader, we are able to discharge both gaylords and bulk bags into the shared hopper and down to a single discharge point for connecting vacuum convey lines or any other material conveying system. This modular solution can be customized to fit in almost any location and can be automated to gain additional efficiency. See more custom solutions.
