The customer in this application was a recycler who received their quotation in less than 24hrs and their finished machines in less than 10 weeks. Their process required systems that could discharge paper & plastic material weighing up to 4,000 pounds onto an in-line conveyor to be discharged into a shredder. We combined our standard Extended Pivot Dumper design, Heavy Duty Dumper design, and several auxiliary accessories to make this custom dumper for recycling their materials.
